RPT Software has been in business of making software since 1998
and we kept getting customers looking for affordable user friendly donation software.
We ended up creating this program with input from many fund raising firms and by
doing a detailed evaluation of all the good and bad software on the market today. Some of the very large packages
are still a little bigger than our solution but we feel that this donation software hits a good niche
for the customer looking for easy to use software without breaking the bank.
How does our donation software compare with other packages on the market (our honest opinions)
At $90 to $390 and $90/year for support/maintenance we feel that our software is one of the best deals on the market today.
We are very close "feature wise" to most packages ranging from $500 to $2500. We do feel there is room to grow and we plan on adding more

Software designed to be easy
Our software developers have been developing software since you had to load punch cards into the machine and we pride ourselves on making user friendly solutions. We found most other donation software
in general have lots of features but are a little confusing to use. Our software uses a general list and detail concept where you look at a list of
items and then search for the one you want and open it to display a detail screen. We keep that same theme for everything!
So for example if you have 5000 contacts and 21,000 donation and 3,000 pledges and 10 campaigns you can always see the entire list
of any of them and when you open one it shows all related info. Example: If you open a contact you see all related donations, pledges, activities, relationships to other contacts etc.... If you open a campaign you would see related donations and pledges for that campaign.
Also our simple filtering capabilities allow the user to go to any column and filter the list. Advanced filtering is also available.
Most people who have used Excel find this design to be very intuative.
